I cut all these myself and I hate it when guys leave an inch and a half of lip on, so these are trimmed close, giving you more meat and less hassle. Cut at 14oz because that’s the only way to get them more than an inch thick. Throw these on the grill, but be quick about it. Get your marks made and get off the heat. It’s already done inside.
