About Our Chef

SmokeHouse Provisions is owned and operated by Chef Stephen Cash. Chef Cash is a Dallas native and has been in the industry for over 25 years. He has operated commercial kitchens in Seattle, Houston and Austin, and spent ten years as an instructor for Le Cordon Bleu. In addition to being a Chef, he has been a butcher, a baker, and a candlestick maker. He probably knows more about meat than you do, but he would never say that to your face. All he really wants is to buy you a drink and tell you a tale. SmokeHouse Provisions is now his only concern.
